It is only 1 minute`s walking distance from St Mark`s Square and is situated along "via XXII Marzo", which is one of the most interesting streets in Venice for shopping lovers as it has shops which sell many of the most famous label names. ROOMS The rooms vary in size with marbled floors covered by rugs and pastel colours on the walls. All rooms and bathrooms were renovated in 2000 and are, therefore, in good condition. They offer all modern facilities such as air conditioning, hairdryer, radio, satellite television, minibar and safe. RESTAURANT The hotel has a breakfast room only which is situtated on the 1st floor. After breakfast has been served this room becomes a relaxing common area. EXTERIOR This is a 3-storey palace dating back to the 1500s and is in keeping with its surroundings. There is no lift as the building has to be preserved. LOBBY The lobby is small in size but well presented with light pink painted walls and marbled floor covered by rugs. In addition, the lamps, pictures and red colours all around combine to create a Shakespearian atmosphere GENERAL This hotel enjoys an excellent location. The hotel comprises buildings with a distance of approximately 50 metres between each other. Check-in/out procedure takes place at the main building from which guests are escorted by a porter to the secondary building where there is another breakfast room.
